The 16th Annual Global Mixx Music and Film Forum, presented by title sponsor McCoy Promotions and Investments, returns October 23–25, 2025, at Malcolm X College in Chicago. Recognized as one of the Midwest’s leading creative conferences, Global Mixx continues its mission to educate, connect, and empower the next generation of talent in music, film, and multimedia production.
The 2025 Forum will feature a three-day lineup of artist showcases, panels, workshops, and networking opportunities, including:
- Thursday, October 23: Emerging Artists Showcase presented by NEXT Showcase USA
- Friday, October 24: Entertainment Meets Policy Brunch and the Game Changers VIP Awards Reception honoring 14 leaders in music, film, education, and community
- Saturday, October 25: Panels and Masterclasses featuring discussions on Sync Licensing, Screenwriting for Film and Television, Podcasting, Streaming, Social Media Influencers, and the Actors’ Spotlight
Additional highlights include a Speed Mentoring Session with 20+ industry professionals and the MIXX Expo, spotlighting small businesses, creative brands, and the George’s Music Room Pop-Up Experience.
